My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and holistic, providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

I have a particular interest in supporting those affected by:

✨ Anxiety, self-worth, confidence and identity
✨ Life transitions, grief and emotional healing

I believe that every person has the capacity to heal when they feel truly seen, heard and accepted. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move towards the life you deserve.

Appointments will be available, both in person and online via Zoom, making counselling accessible wherever you feel most comfortable.
