Payment is required upon booking your Zoom reading, please message, text or call me once payment has been made & I will confirm it has been recieved.  This will also act as confrimation of your booking and reciept.   All payments to be made via bank transfer (details will be given at the time of booking).

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment you can do so but at least 24 hours notice is required.  Less than 24 hours notice will not permit a refund nor an offer of an alternative appointment.  Should I need to change or postpone a reading at any time for any reason, an alternative appointment will be offered of a full refund given within 7 days of the cancellation. 

Readings are approx 30-40 minutes  (I will send you details for the reading to take place if via Zoom)

Any form of demonstration of mediumship and psychic readings are always experimental and results are not guaranteed, in continuing to book a reading you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

ENCAUSTIC ART READINGS Encaustic Art is an amazing way to connect with your loved ones through mediumship.  Using heated coloured wax, create a beautiful piece of art to take away with you!  A reading will come from the art you have created.  Connecting you psychically and Spiritually for guidance and connections to your loved ones who have passed over.

If you do not want to visit in person, the art can be created for you after you choose your colours and a written reading will take place.  I will endeavor to post the reading & art to you within 7-10 days from receipt of payment.  Payment to be made on booking via bank transfer.  If you wish to cancel your Encaustic Art Reading you can do so within 24 hours of making payment, after this period it is not possible to receive a refund due to the art being created.  I will endeavor to post the reading to you within 7-10 days from receipt of payment.
